Contemplating a move

Any suggestions? (To hell is not possible, unfortunately. The pricing options are prohibitive.)

Saw a texas blind snake (Leptotyphlops dulcis, not sure of the subspecies). It wasn't that happy to see me, for some reason. I let it go and it immediately began to attempt burrowing on the edge of the sidewalk. Good television. Then there was what may have been a bat. 'May have been' is no doubt how most sightings are described, unless you're at a roost. In any case, the species that seems most common near San Antonio is the mexican or brazilian free-tailed (Tadarida brasiliensis).

My apartment's face is pleasantly infested with mediterranean geckos (Hemidactylus turcicus which are nift, except for not being native).

Also, the Vgg saw crickets ;)

No landbound mammals of note seen this weekend. Except for, of course, the koshkii.

Damnit, yes, I am including looking in the mirror.
